Discount Tire

My tire was flat so I filled it to get to the closest tire repair place and found myself at Discount Tire. They seemed busy but took a look at the car within about 10 minutes. I ended up having a nail in my tire. They repaired it and sent me on my way in about 2 hours but they didn't charge me for the service. Everyone was friendly and attentive. Great customer service.

Changed my tires with no appointment and realigned my wheels in about 2 hours. Just try to be more consistent with tire pressure on new tires. 2 were 3 lbs too high and two were about 2 pounds too high. I checked them in my garage about a day later to make sure they were at ambient temperature. Also, one valve stem cap was very tight and almost broke coming off and and one was very loose. Not a problem for me because I came home right away but could have been if I jumped on the highway after having them installed.

Great job discount tire! The customer experience is second to none. The staff was friendly knowledgeable and efficient throughout the entire process. Not only did they provide excellent service but their pricing was also the lowest compared to the competitors in the area. It's refreshing to find a company that combines outstanding customer service with great value. I highly recommend Discount Tire and will definitely be returning for other Tire needs!

This is my go-to place for tire changes in Kenosha. I always have a great experience at this Discount Tire location. The staff is friendly, and they take good care of your wheels. Pricing cannot be beat. You can tell the people who work here are car enthusiasts, and that they strive to sell a good product. Jack insured my wheels were meticulously cared-for. They came back to me without a scratch. Much appreciated! I will return.

Bought tires here a few months ago, tires had no issues however I returned for a routine tire rotation at the proper mileage left the store and drove without issue for about a week. Highway incident occurred and my lugnuts fell right off the vehicle. Had it towed to a shop and it was found there epic on the entire vehicle was loose, filed a claim to their corporate office and was denied completely. I would not trust this place to work on anything if they cannot handle a simple tire rotation correctly. Buyers beware.
